Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bitsy Memories. Each keepsake is lovingly handcrafted from your most treasured clothing pieces, and we take great care in creating something truly special for you.

Because every item is custom-made, our shipping process is a little different from mass-produced products.

Production Time

All of our keepsakes are handmade to order.

Current Processing Time:

2–4 weeks from the date we receive your clothing.

Processing time includes:

 

  • Inspecting and preparing your garments

  • Designing and handcrafting your keepsake

  • Quality inspection and packaging

During busy seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day, Christmas), production times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays.

 

Sending Us Your Clothing

After placing your order:

 

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with mailing instructions.

  2. Please ship your clothing within 7 days of placing your order.

  3. We recommend using tracked shipping when sending your items.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending clothing to us.

 

 

Shipping Your Finished Keepsake

Once your keepsake is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your item ships.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

Gift Orders

If your keepsake is a gift, we are happy to include a handwritten note.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, Bitsy Memories is not responsible for carrier delays. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you in filing a claim.

 

 Important Notes

All items are custom-made and final sale.

We are not responsible for clothing lost in transit when being shipped to us.
