How it Works

 

 

    1. Place Your Order

    Choose your keepsake style and any add-ons (name and date of birth) from our shop. Complete your purchase online.

    2. Pick 10-12 Clothing Items

    Wash clothing and make sure the items are fully dry.

    3. Pack Your Items

    We'll email you the address to ship your clothing to. Gather the required number of clothing items and place in a plastic bag to protect clothing from getting wet during shipment.

    3. Ship to Us

    Drop your package off. We'll notify you as soon as it arrives at our studio.

    4. Design & Creation

    I will carefully plan the layout to feature the cutest parts of the clothes (logos, pockets, ruffles). You will receive the design and have 3 days to approve it. Production takes 2-3 weeks.

    5. Delivery Day!

    Your finished keepsake is shipped back to you with any unused clothing, and ready for a lifetime of hugs.

     

    Common Questions

     

    How many items do I need to send?

    For a standard animal, we recommend 10-12 baby items (0-12 months).

    What martial are the animals stuffed with?
    Raw Cotton grown in the USA.

    What’s the turnaround time?

        •  2–3 weeks

    Can I request specific colors or designs?
    I do my best to honor special requests, but the final design depends on the pattern and the clothing provided.

    Can I see a preview before you start sewing?
    Yes, I will email you a layout picture of your keepsake. You’ll have three days to approve it before I start sewing.

    Do you return unused clothing?
    Yes, I will return any unused clothing and leftover fabric. Depending on the amount of clothing this may incur an additional shipping cost. 

    What happens if my clothing gets damaged in transit?
    I recommend using a tracking number or insured shipping option to protect your items. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit.

    What if I need to change my order after booking?
    If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once work has started.

    Can you use clothing with zippers, buttons, or embellishments?
    Yes, I can incorporate these into the design or remove them if they don’t suit the keepsake.

    What if I change my mind after sending the clothes?
    If you decide not to proceed, I can return your clothing, but a cancellation fee may apply if work has already begun.

    What is your refund policy?
    As each item is custom-made, I do not offer refunds once work has started. However, if there are any issues with your keepsake, I will work with you to resolve them.
