While we don’t issue refunds, your complete satisfaction is incredibly important to us. We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to making things right if you’re not thrilled with your Memory Bear.

Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your bear. We’re here to help and will work with you to:

To ensure you love your finished bear, we:

∙ Are available to answer questions before you place your order
∙ Send photo updates during creation (optional add-on)
∙ Use only high-quality, child-safe materials

Damaged in Shipping?

If your bear arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
